Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, evaluations and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement cost-effective solutions, and streamline production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment and implementing safety measures.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics /Chemical) or equivalent;
- The role involves regular communication with China international partners.
- Possess good leadership to ensure employee engagement and overall team success
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, as per the operational requirements.
