Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing suitable new and pre-owned motorcycles.
- Explain product features, financing packages, promotions, and trade-in options.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and potential leads professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Handle sales documentation and ensure accurate processing.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards.
- Participate in roadshows, marketing events, and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about motorcycles and customer service.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Possess valid driving license (B2/D preferred).
