Logistics Officer (Fresh Graduate) – PENANG

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and apply for Borang ZPB, Lampiran D, Waste Chemical Disposition, customs declaration for import etc.
2. Key in data for all incoming containers and materials to update the incoming status and traceability.
3. Ensure Weekly Report collect from nominated forwarder before 3.00pm every Wednesday, and forward to Logistics Manager on time.
4. Arrange incoming containers to pull in/out from warehouse as per scheduled. Key in invoice data and K8 references etc from the logistics providers.
5. Filing document accordingly to category. Scan the all incoming document in set copy per invoice and convert into PDF format to keep in softcopy of Monthly/Supplier folders.
6. Ensure insurance coverage buy from warehouse to warehouse for each incoming materials and containers.
7. Monitor the inbound report from nominated forwarder for the incoming containers keep at Penang Port.
8.Ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Management or related disciplines.
- Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under minimum supervision.
- Strong communication capabilities with strong ownership & accountability.
- Must be a quick learner, good team player and self-motivated.
- Candidate must be able to work independently.
- Relevant working experience in a sizable multinational company will be an added advantage.
- Relevant working experience in solar industry will be an added advantage.
