Admin Assistant – KUCHING, SARAWAK
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with sales team for orders and dealer
- Organize and file daily documents
- Do the invoicing, delivery order, cash bill and packing list.
- Other task
Job Requirements:
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Past experience in invoicing and administrative are welcomed
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Above average command of English, proficiency in mandarin language are welcome
- Team player with a pleasant personality
