Admin Assistant – KUCHING, SARAWAK

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with sales team for orders and dealer
  • Organize and file daily documents
  • Do the invoicing, delivery order, cash bill and packing list.
  • Other task

Job Requirements:

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Past experience in invoicing and administrative are welcomed
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Above average command of English, proficiency in mandarin language are welcome
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
