Key Requirements:
- Languages: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Education:
- Minimum qualification: Secondary/SPM/’O’ Level Diploma.
- Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a youthful and adventurous approach to work.
- Experience with design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (a background in Travel & Tourism is advantageous).
- At least two years of experience in the operations department of a travel agency specializing in incentive groups.
- Specific Expertise:
- Proficiency in reservation systems such as Amadeus, airline ticketing systems, or IATA is required.
- Mandarin fluency is essential to liaise effectively with clients from China and Hong Kong.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing ticketing and hotel reservations.
- Leading and coordinating domestic and international tours.
- Handling multiple incentive projects, including large groups of up to 300 participants.
- Working collaboratively with teams to ensure project success and meet deadlines.
- Developing innovative and impactful solutions for each project to exceed client expectations.
- Supporting the Sales team with accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Liaise with the Sales & Project Support department for project progress update.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities with airlines, restaurants, transportation providers, and accommodations.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal arrangements.
