About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Cum Admin to join our team at UFIT GLOBAL SDN. BHD. in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing business.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling all incoming customer enquiries and orders via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in our database
- Processing customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
- Providing administrative support, including document management, data entry, and general office duties
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
