BRANDING EXECUTIVE (MARKETING) – SHAH ALAM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand Communication

Drive end-to-end execution of brand communications across offline and traditional channels, including but not limited to packaging, print materials, in-store displays, and other relevant brand touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Trade Marketing

Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives informed by market analysis, competitor insights, and consumer trends. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth campaign rollout and execution.

  • Brand Activation

Support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of on-ground activations, including roadshows, promotional tours, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and other consumer engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and affinity.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role with a solid understanding of marketing operations, retail environments, and consumer behaviour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), creative and AI-assisted tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Chinese, with added fluency in Malay, are a plus across both written and spoken forms.
  • Able to work at Shah Alam, Hicom Glenmarie
  • Willing to travel as and when required
  • Willing to work on Saturday; Able to work beyond official working hours as and when required
