Executive, Industrial & Employee Relations

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations, industry best practices, and company values.
  • Ensure data privacy and protection compliance by implementing and maintaining policies & procedures related to data security, confidentiality and employee privacy.
  • Manage industrial relations by fostering positive relationships with employee representatives and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage disciplinary cases and conduct thorough and timely investigations
  • Conduct and coordinate Domestic Inquiry
  • Handle grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner, conducting investigations and implementing resolution strategies in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR policies and practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to people managers and employees on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as the labour office, industrial office, and SOCSO office for matters related to employee issues.
  • Represent the Company in any labor disputes, hearings, or legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare relevant HR reports
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in industrial relations, labor relations, or human resources.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial relations practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with current labor market trends and issues.
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja, Klang – HQ Office
