I. Key Responsibilities

Operational Orientation

Perform end to end payment process as per Payment Calendar, and ensure successful transmission of electronic and manual payments
Posting payment and related accounting entries and reconcile with bank statements.
Perform monthly closing activities for payment.
Monitor adequacy of fund for payment.
Verify and record bank charges on time.
Ensure direct debit transactions are cleared in a timely manner.
Ensure the payment process are standardized and compliance to client company policies.
Maintain up to date Bank Authorizers list by Countries.
Participate in global or regional projects and CI project as requested by superior.
Consistently review existing process and drive continuous improvement initiatives/activities.
Update the DTP.
Provide support for audit when necessary.

II. Education

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent field

III. Required Knowledge and Skills

· Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in shared service environment handling payment.

· Proficient in Word and Excel.

· Good attention to details.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to organize workload and prioritize operation issues in an effective and efficient manner.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

· Team player and customer oriented.

· Able to read, write and speak fluently in English and Mandarin.
