Facilities Management Executive (Division of Cleaning, Grounds & Landscape Services and Division of Records and Compliance)
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out new building projects, detailed inspections of campus compounds, execute all operation & maintenance activities of the campus as well as supervise all works being carried out by contractors and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Landscape Architecture/ Horticulture/ Forestry or related field with minimum 2 years’ working experience.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in contract administration for landscape design and basic knowledge in civil engineering will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and excellent time management.
