About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process, and is ready to grow in a structured, fast-paced IT environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clarity, ownership, and excellence — what we call our Gold Standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with recruitment activities: post job ads, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding: prepare documents, set up workstations, and manage HR records and asset retrieval
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions, including scheduling and tracking feedback
- Maintain employee documentation and respond to basic HR-related queries (leave, benefits, processes)
- Ensure daily office operations run smoothly: manage supplies, pantry, cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance
- Handle front desk responsibilities: greet visitors, manage incoming calls/deliveries, and support documentation tasks

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently with guidance
