Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives on client engagement activities to ensure continuous servicing and loyalty.
Lead and guide branch to achieve company goals and targets in sales and profitability.
Provide direction for activities to support dealers to achieve targets.
Motivate and mobilize workforce to produce and contribute.
Execute branch’s plan and activities to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.
Recruit, identify, train and develop human resources with the right skill set to achieve the branch’s aspirations.
Joint responsibility with Bank Branch Broking to manage and guide Share Trading Officers in achieving sales targets and company objectives.
Implement effective succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership availability.
Implement controls and processes to comply with laws and statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Conduct competitive intelligence and data gathering on industry trends and development to assist Head Of Supervisory Branch in formulating strategic proposals to pillar head.

Requirements:

A degree of professional qualification from an institution recognized by government of Malaysia.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in in securities industry / wealth management / banking / financial service industry.
Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have an added advantage.
Passed required licensing examination: Modules 6 & 7 or equivalent for dealing in securities.
