About the role
Sricool Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rawang, Selangor. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend all project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Supervise in-house workers and monitor sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all works meet company quality standards and specifications
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Liaise with clients, main contractor and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present project status reports, financial updates, and other relevant documentation to management
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed
- Collaborate with the wider engineering team to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects from start to finish
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, track progress, and manage budgets
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of engineering principles, design practices, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
