Sales Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. New Purchase order (PO) acknowledgement and proceed project triggering.
  2. To attend to customers’ enquiries LOCAL/OVERSEA
  3. To prepare and understand purchasing specification for all assigned project.
  4. To liaise directly with coordinator for kick start meeting and to prepare/request all related sample requested by internal team based on Purchasing Spec. To ensure no miscommunication between internal team and customer requirement.
  5. To liaise with customer on delivery date and provide update to customer project status upon customer request (daily, weekly, monthly). 
  6. Understand company product, prepare proposal and presentation related to company product,                      
  7. Attending to weekly meeting for all on-going project and reporting project status.
  8. Tracking of all machine warranty and spare parts requirement.
  9. Be responsible for monitoring the LRP system for all cost provided by internal team for quotation preparation purposes.
  10. Prepare quotation for customer, distributor.
  11. Work closely with agent/distributor for quarterly report and sales performance. 
  12. To attend customer’s complain. 

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE

  1. Able to communicate and negotiate with customer.
  2. Good product knowledge.
  3. An all-rounder handling customer, liaise and negotiation  
  4. Working experience as sales related job.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Min Degree in Business Admin/Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent
  2. Project management, Sales related job experience preferred
  3. Working experience in automation machine environment preferable.

*Basic salary come with sales incentive.
