• To perform all the administrative work.
• Filing, updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible.
• Prepare Delivery Order/documents for outgoing goods.
• To be responsible for full the spectrum of purchasing functions such as sourcing, cost/contract negotiation, purchase order and delivery.
• Preparing document transmittal forms based on a list document which is required to issue.
• Produce Job Sheet and customize as per project requirement.
• Update of production schedule.
• Answering and making telephone calls, reply enquiries for customer needed.
• To provide administrative support within the company. It may be necessary to assist, or cover.
• Candidates with knowledge of SST and familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software will have an added advantage.
