Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bank Product.
- Engage with walk-in customers at branches and identify their financial protection needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to branch performance goals.
- Assist customers in completing insurance application forms accurately and ensure timely submission.
- Collaborate with Bank branch staff to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend sales training, product briefings, and participate in marketing campaigns.
- Comply with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and company policies on ethical selling and customer care.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is an added advantage.
- PCE Life, CEILI, or TBE certification (or willing to obtain before onboarding).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within the branch.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales or banking experience is an advantage.
