The Beauty Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs on skincare products, treatments, and sales techniques to internal teams and external partners, including salons, spas, and distributors. This role ensures that all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to boost both sell-in and sell-out performance. The Manager plays a key role in elevating brand professionalism by providing engaging, up-to-date training content that aligns with brand values and market needs. By strengthening product understanding and sales capabilities, this role supports business growth, drive sales performance, enhances customer satisfaction, and builds lasting client relationships.
- What you’ll do:
✅ Develop and deliver product & treatment training
✅ Conduct onboarding & workshops
✅ Provide on-site coaching and technical support
✅ Support new product launches with education programs
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and more
✅ Lead, monitor and drive team performance to meet sales targets
✅ Travel to visit clients| dealers & partners
- What we’re looking for:
Min. 2-3 years’ experience in skincare/beauty training with hand-on skills.
Good in English, Mandarin & BM
Strong in communication, presentation & sales skills
Process with own transport and willing to travel
Diploma or Degree in related field
