Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Matters
- To assist organizing event activities as additional income
- Develop and maintain relationships with Event Organizer (EO), tenants, vendors and
business associates - To assist coordinating all activities / events and establish yearly event program
- Send all marketing materials to compliance and follow through for final approval
- Prepare marketing materials/artwork for marketing and blast out – social media (facebook, Instagram, newsletter)
- Establish social media content and update via facebook/Instagram/newsletter.
- Artwork design for marketing and decoration festival with appropriate theme
- Develop monthly newsletter
- To update on tenancy agreement / matters for common area income
- To update on Sunway South Quay (SSQ) rental agreement
Operation / Admin Matters
- Generate Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition
- Generate Reminder for top debtor (CCD report / tribunal)
- Duty Manager on weekend (Saturday from 9am – 1pm)
- Overseeing building upgrades / refurbishment
- To ensure all service provider agreement is in order (sign/ stamping/ uploaded in EAR)
- To ensure maintenance equipment is in order (stock card / asset listing)
- To update monthly occupancy report based on moving in/out activities, change of
ownership etc. - To update/arrange for poster advertisement in the lift
- To have the rental income updated
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
