Your Mission:
1) To lead and train Finance staff on daily operation tasks
2) To ensure documents are processed accurately on timeline manner
3) To review management reports, projections and budgets accuracy and ensure timely submission
4) To handle and follow up queries / issues / problems
5) To assist in interim and final statutory audit
6) To assist on Sales/Service tax submission
7) To assist corporate tax submissions
8) To assist on HQ finance closing to complete on time.
9) To post accounting entries using SAP system with appropriate SAP T-codes, major for interco billing transaction and to complete within timeline
10) To prepare analysis reports requested & check/review the correct GL codes for all the transaction
11) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
12) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction
What we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Professional Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent from reputable universities
- Or Professional qualification (eg: ACCA, CIMA, CPA & etc)
- At least 3 to 4 years+ of working experience in the related field.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Well versed in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in handling Account Payables / Accounts receivables
