About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations to join our dynamic retail team at Tomaz Shoes (Retail) in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Key Responsibilities Pick & Verify: Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed pick lists and verify that the product, size, and quantity match the order.
  2. Quality Control: Inspect items for any defects or damage before packing.
  3. Secure Packing: Select the appropriate box or mailer size and use protective materials (bubble wrap, packing paper) to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Labeling: Print and apply shipping labels accurately, ensuring all documentation (invoices, return forms) is included.
  5. Inventory Updates: Use handheld scanners or computers to update order status in the system.
  6. Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station clean, organized, and stocked with supplies like tape and boxes.
  7. Reporting : Taking pictures of packed item as evidence and upload into Whatsapp group

What we’re looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or order fulfilment role, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry
  2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  4. Good communication and customer service skills
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  6. Part time packer also needed (RM9.00/hours)
