About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Operation Executive to join our team at Testo SMI Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial part in supporting our business operations and ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support to the management team
- You’ll spearhead inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, procurement, and customer-sales coordination—ensuring smooth operations from purchase to delivery.
- Supervise service ordering (e.g., logistics partners, maintenance) to support operational continuity.
- Utilize SAP for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting- ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Act as the primary contact between customers and the sales team, resolving general inquiries and provide operational insights for customer proposals.
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of innovative solutions
- Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, ensuring process efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or operational role, preferably within a similar industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP for order and inventory management.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
