Business Support Coordinator (Chinese Speaker)

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to the business development teams.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and organise documentation, records, and filing systems.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Support day-to-day operations and coordination between team members.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth workflow with attention to detail, time management, and proactive communication.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct ad-hoc task assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate.
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible in maintaining records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
