- RM 3,000 – RM 3,300 per month
• Provide administrative support to the business development teams.
• Manage and organise documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
• Support day-to-day operations and coordination between team members.
• Ensure smooth workflow with attention to detail, time management, and proactive communication.
• Conduct ad-hoc task assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
- Responsible in maintaining records, databases, and filing systems.
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
