Requirements
- Candidate must prossess at least a SPM Holder / Professional Certificate in any related field.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Responsibility
- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Answering customers’ questions, resolve their concerns and provide information via calls and emails.
- Explaining the features of products and services.
- Maintain the customer service satisfaction level.
- Upsell products and services.
- Keeping up to date with product and service information.
