Inside Sales Executive (Client Sales)

Requirements

  • Candidate must prossess at least a SPM Holder / Professional Certificate in any related field.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Responsibility

  • Develop new sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls and lead follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolve their concerns and provide information via calls and emails.
  • Explaining the features of products and services.
  • Maintain the customer service satisfaction level.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information.
