Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits

In this role, you will support the execution of compensation, benefits, and payroll operations, support key HR reporting and compliance efforts, and champion enhancements in systems and processes. Job Responsibility

  • Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market practices
  • Coordinate annual C&B exercises, including performance management, salary reviews, and bonus payouts
  • Support job grading reviews and job mapping for organizational alignment
  • Review and enhance C&B practices and policies for greater efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all C&B activities
  • Manage group benefit plans and act as the main contact for benefit-related matters
  • Provide support to business units on C&B queries and related systems

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on exposure to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Proficient in HRMS and payroll systems;strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
