Responsibilities:

📊 Operational Support:

  • Assist in resolving daily operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

🗃️ Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and file forms and documents accurately.
  • Compile regular reports and statistics on operational activities.

📦 Inventory and Supplies Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies.
  • Arrange equipment servicing and maintenance as needed.

📑 Data Handling and Excel Proficiency:

  • Utilize Excel proficiently for data consolidation and reporting tasks.

📆 Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Perform any other duties or projects assigned by supervisors.
     

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Diploma or relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed! 

🌍 Location: Balakong, Selangor (Must be willing to work onsite).

📊 Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for combining and consolidating files efficiently.

🌐 Languages: Good communication skills in English, CN, and BM (spoken and written).

📆 Skills: Organized, independent, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

💪 Traits: Must be reliable, positive, and demonstrate high self-initiative.
