Jobs Responsibilities:
- To update & manage data in spreadsheets.
- To manage new online tender applications.
- Assisting for the preparation quotation & invoice.
- To liaise with applicant to gather relevant information/enquiries for tender submissions.
- Handling Petty cash and monthly staff claim.
- Collaborate with the supporting team to ensure competitiveness and accuracy database.
- Assist the other project members on any additional tasks if needed.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Jobs Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervisor.
- Confidence to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
