Admin Executive / Assistant

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • To update & manage data in spreadsheets.
  • To manage new online tender applications.
  • Assisting for the preparation quotation & invoice.
  • To liaise with applicant to gather relevant information/enquiries for tender submissions.
  • Handling Petty cash and monthly staff claim.
  • Collaborate with the supporting team to ensure competitiveness and accuracy database.
  • Assist the other project members on any additional tasks if needed.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Jobs Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Capable of working independently with minimum supervisor.
  • Confidence to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
