1. Function & Primary Responsibilities:
   1. Assist Group Chief Strategy Officer to drive ethical business practices, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and optimizing procurement processes to support company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
2. Group Ethics Compliance
   1. Collaborate with cross functional team to enhance our business ethics and sustainable procurement practices.
   2. Support the development and implementation of ethical guidelines and standards.
   3. Promote a culture of integrity and transparency through training and awareness programs.
   4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ethical practices and regulations.
   5. Address the ethical concerns in a timely manner.
3. Sustainable Procurement
   1. Collaborate with cross functional team to enhance our sustainable procurement practices.
   2. Collaborate with cross functional team to drive the development and execution of sustainable procurement strategies and policies.
   3. Monitor and report on the environmental and social impact of from the procurement activities.
   4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ethical practices and regulations.
   5. To meet the Sustainability KPI given.
   6. To study, plan and analyse training needs analysis and program training schedule to initiate effective train and retrain activities.
   7. To ensure all operational documentation complies to ISO 9001 & 13485, FDA, MDR and other Quality Management standard.
   8. To ensure Company Policy & Rules & Regulations, Sustainability/ESG, GMP, CTPAT, S&H, CSR, ERP and Social Compliance implementation in place.
   9. To ensure ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO50001 Energy Management System Awareness Program effectively in place.
   10. To share and report workflow abnormality, accident and incident happened in workplace to superior.
   11. To carry out and support other duties as given by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

Experience: Fresh graduate or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, business ethics, or procurement roles.

Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and maintaining high standards of integrity.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Independence and Learning: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, quick learner, and plan for effective execution of responsibilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers.
