- Greet and assist shoppers with enquiries and provide information about stores, services, mall activities/ events.
- To ensure that all shoppers/ tenants’ complaints are addressed to relevant department and follow up on feedback forms and respond to the queries accordingly.
- To handle and administer the lost and found items.
- To perform paging and in-house announcement over the public announcement system.
- To receive incoming calls professionally
- To assist Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- To perform such other function as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a school qualification (SPM/STPM) or professional certificates in any field.
- Experience in customer relation / tele-marketing / front desk are encouraged to apply.
- A team player with pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Employment Details:
- Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
- Contract length: 3 months
- Pay: Up to RM8.00 per hour
- Schedule: Rotational shift
- Expected start date: Mid-September
