Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level IT system support on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request (“SR”).
  • Conduct IT system training.
  • Conduct IT Survey.
  • Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
  • Helpdesk Service Ticketing maintenance.
  • Support Operating Systems and In-house developed applications.
  • Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.
  • Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.
  • Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.
  • Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.
  • Any other task as assigned by superior.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities.
  • Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
  • Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
