  • Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfilling daily operation works.
  • Implementing Facebook advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor, manage, and update all property social media channels, ensuring active and engaged communities around trending topics and driving daily public interaction.
  • To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow-up.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, billing & etc)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
  • Have a site visit to the property & inspection when needed.
  • Organize the filling system, and manage documentation in proper record.
  • Prepare and follow up on all documentation.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field
  • Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Up-to-date with social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A car license is a MUST.
