- Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfilling daily operation works.
- Implementing Facebook advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
- Monitor, manage, and update all property social media channels, ensuring active and engaged communities around trending topics and driving daily public interaction.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow-up.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, billing & etc)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Have a site visit to the property & inspection when needed.
- Organize the filling system, and manage documentation in proper record.
- Prepare and follow up on all documentation.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field
- Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, including digital marketing and social media.
- Up-to-date with social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A car license is a MUST.
