RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 per month

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations in team.

Responsibilities:

•Prepare certification & factory audit documents in the scheduled timeframe.
•Maintain & record license’s expiry date.
•Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
•Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
•Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
 

Requirement:
•Diploma or above
•Language skill required: English, BM, Mandarin (to follow up with China factory)
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
