Admin Assistant – KUALA LUMPUR

Daily job responsibilities include

  • Routine work order distribution/collection, data entry and stock take for materials.
  • Calculating workmanship
  • Raise invoices and any other related administrative jobs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification, school leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to converse, read and write in manda rin as most of the correspondences and documents require this
  • Preferably with administration working experience
  • Familiar using computers and Microsoft office software
  • Good with details and calculations
  • Added advantage if able to commence immediately
