Job Summary

Handle general administration of office purchasing, tenancy agreement, asset management, utilities bills, office building & staff quarter’s maintenance, M&E tasks, office cleanliness, office renovation. Facilitate employee relations related events.Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Office Facilities Management

Provide direct administrative support within the service level agreement (SLA). Handle general administration of office purchasing, tenancy agreement, asset management, utilities bills, office renovation, yearly operational risk insurance, company vehicles related and archiving of Company’s documents.

  • Office Building & Staff Quarter’s Maintenance

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers/contractors for favorable contracts/terms of contract. Implement and overall responsible for the efficiency of the office cleanliness and office maintenance. Carry out preventive maintenance as per standard operation procedures. Ensure all lighting, repair of office building/equipment (minor), minor plumbing works are all done timely. Supervise the contractor/vendor to all work-related matters, ensure all compliance with ISO policies and procedures.

  • Employee Relations Activities

Plan and organize ER activities such as communication & engagement session, sports & recreations and staff welfare programs through involvement of line people with the objective to reinforce Shared Values and Employee Value Proposition.

  • Administration Advisory & Governance

Provide advice, facilitate options for resolution and enforce implementation of applicable policies and procedure on operational Administration related matters based on HRA Policy, standard operating process & procedure.

  • Policy and procedure

Monitor, regulate and advise on the implementation of HRA policies in line with the statutory requirement.

  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalentSkills & Abilities

Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of well-rounded working experience in Administration related functions.
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
