CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – SELANGOR

Key Responsibilities :

  • Overall in-charges , review and process Sea Export / Import transactions
  • Coordinate with shippers for timely cargo and document submission for Exports.
  • Coordinate with consignees for delivery of Import cargo.
  • Prepare and execute documents. (Bill of Ladings, Manifest, Billing Invoices, EDI data, etc)
  • Understand the department process flow, Monitor and Improve efficiency.
  • Work with the team to understand and comply with SOP, to maintain high level of customer service.
  • Take additional responsibilities / tasks when required by the organization.
  • Maintaining weekly Status Reports to monitor and manage exceptions (if any).

Requirements :

  • Energetic, Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, Organized.
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  •  At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Training is provided
  • Ability to corresponds by emails with international customers
  • Written and spoken (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good Interpersonal Skills, Ability to multitask
  • Preferably serving currently customer service Officer specialized in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong , Selangor
