ACCOUNT & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE (Immediate Vacancy at One City, Subang Jaya)

  • RM 2,600 – RM 3,800 per month

Qualifications & Experience required for the Position:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking and equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in accounting software. Knowledge and experience in using XERO Accounting Software is and added advantage 
  • Possess positive attitude, self-motivated, good time management skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

Roles & Responsibilities of Accounts & Admin Executive:

Account Tasks

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations such as handling account payable, accounts receivable duties, bank reconciliations and functions including invoicing, payment, receipt issuance, updating accounting records and others.
  • Knowledge and experience in full set of accounts is an added advantage.
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Liaise with Banker, Auditor and tax agent
  • Experience in Withholding Tax, SST document and submission
  • Prepare payroll and handle employees’ claims and reimbursement.

Admin Tasks

  • Receive incoming calls, emails, handle requests, queries and route correspondence appropriately.
  • Assist with all administration related tasks to ensure a smooth running of daily operation in the office.
  • Handle HRD Corp claim / grant submissions vie e-Tris System is an added advantage. 
  • Liaise closely with clients on Training arrangements and prepare necessary documents and materials for training.
  • Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
