ADMIN CLERK / ADMIN CORDINATOR – Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative 

  • Maintain and update maintenance information and documentation on a daily basis.
  • Transfer information from paper to electronic system in the near future for all fillings and records.
  • Generate departmental reports on a monthly basis.
  • Generate and administrate maintenance team daily work orders report.
  • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting & support of business operations within a department.
  • Assist in sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure all office equipment and working environment are well maintained and kept in a clean and safe manner.
  • Managing office inventory and working with staffs to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
  • Performs all other related tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management. 

  2. Resource Management

  • Create, maintain, and keep an accurate and complete record of documents and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain contacts database to ensure it is up to date.
  • To take necessary action to ensure job knowledge is constantly updated to meet professional organizational needs.

 3. Facilities Management

  • Responsible to ensure adequate facilities and equipment are available that will enable the department to achieve its objectives.
  • Ensures department meets environment of care requirements on an ongoing basis.

  4. Others

  • Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (including licensure, certification and other job-related credentials)

Education / Professional Qualifications

  1. Minimum SPM or Diploma or any related fields
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
