ADMIN ASSISTANT – KUALA LUMPUR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, sorting/typing/checking of documents, generating reports, etc.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of invoicing.
  • Customer service: handles all incoming and outgoing calls/ messages
  • Help with office management and organization processes.
  • Help to manage the Facebook page and “Xiao Hong Shu”.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to type Mandarin characters.
  • Good written & verbal Mandarin and English communication skills.
  • Good in Mathematics (to calculate the tuition fees)
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in editing videos and photos, and copywriting would be more advantageous.
  • Minimum 1-2 years and above experience in a similar role.
  • Good team player with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Computer literate (able to handle PPT, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
  • Meeting deadlines and updating the direct superior.
  • Able to work follow shift.
  • Able to start work in April 2024.
