Admin Assistant – BANDAR SUNWAY, SELANGOR

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing administrative assistance to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and external parties.
  • Monitor student progress and follow up on inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to students and stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve or surpass the targeted number of applicants.
  • Handle administrative duties efficiently to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
