ADMIN ASSISTANT – SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records, including tracking invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Generate routine operational reports to be shared with our clients.
  • Support budget preparation, track expenses, and assist in account reconciliation.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM holder 
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
