Operations Executive – LABUAN, SABAH

Location: Labuan, Malaysia 

Join us as an Operations Executive 

Our company provides financial services to high net-worth individuals. 

We are looking for a committed Operations Executive to work closely with our team.  

You will be involved with: 

Securities Brokerage Operations: 

  • Monitor the execution and settlement of securities trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Monitor trade confirmation and settlement processes to minimize operational risks. 
  • Stay informed about Labuan financial regulations and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to securities transactions and operations. 
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements as per Labuan financial regulations. 
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries related to securities brokerage operations. 
  • Collaborate with client services teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues. 
  • Assist in other general ad-hoc task as assigned. 

Or Fund Operations: 

  • Monitor day-to-day fund operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate fund subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer processes. 
  • Monitor and reconcile fund transactions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. 
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to fund operations. 
  • Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into fund performance and compliance. 
  • Assist in other general ad-hoc task as assigned. 

Qualified experienced candidates will be considered for the Operations Manager position. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in securities brokerage or fund operations, preferably in a Labuan financial environment. 
  • Understanding of Labuan financial regulations and compliance requirements. 
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
