Admin cum Operations Executive – KOTA DAMANSARA, SELANGOR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in scheduling and managing daily work calendars to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications from clients, employees, and external partners.
  • Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handling company and personal errands.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative & operation tasks, including file management, office supplies procurement, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Assist the management team in completing special projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate team coordination and collaboration to promote efficient teamwork.
  • Provide general administrative and office support when needed.
  • Assist the Director when needed.


  • Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
  • Able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa & English
  • Preferably Male or Female age 40 years and below.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with various individuals.
  • Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures prior training experience is a plus
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to cope with a constantly changing work environment
  • Effective time management skills to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
