IT Support Executive – KUALA LUMPUR


  • Provide first tier IT support for office and shop users, including PCs, Notebooks, communication devices and other peripherals.
  • Software and Hardware Installation, ability to troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
  • Provide remote support for oversea office and shop users.
  • Ensure a smooth POS system operation in the stores.
  • Occasional remote support for the stores to resolve critical IT issue during the weekend or public holidays.
  • Liaise with users and/or other IT team members to complete assigned tasks.


  • University graduate or High Diploma holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with right attitude will be considered.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/network, printer, WIFI Router and Windows server.
  • Adept at providing helpdesk support and user training.
  • Ability to Work independently and as a team player.
  • Good communication skills in written English with verbal capability in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
