About the Role 
We are currently seeking a proactive Clerical/Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for entry-level applicants with exceptional written English skills and proficiency in computer operations, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities 

Reporting to a Senior Portfolio Manager, the responsibilities of this role encompass a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including:

– Typing and formatting minutes of meetings

– Drafting circulars and correspondence

– Efficient management of the email inbox

– Handling electronic correspondence

– Updating internal task management and workflow management systems

– General administrative and secretarial duties

Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

– Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy

–  Previous experience in clerical and administrative roles

– Proficiency in verbal and written English communication

– Intermediate to advanced skills in Windows operations (as we operate in a paperless environment)
