Admin Executive (Urgent Hiring) – KUALA LUMPUR


  • Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department related to the sales documentation
  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into system
  • Follow up/ liaise with related department to ensure the loan application is on time.
  • Ensure the weekly loan status report to update in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all the enquiries, correspondences and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
  • To support agents by providing relevant information relating to development.
  • Perform office -based administrative duties only.
  • Perform any task assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Proficiently handling message replies and phone calls with a focus on timely responsiveness


  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Coordination skill, follow up abilities, attentive to details, sense of responsibility
  • Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Fluent in MANDARIN preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Must have meticulous attitude at work and fast learning skills.
  • 6 working days
  • Able to work on weekend (alternate weekend)
  • Able to work from home during duty on alternate weekend
