ADMIN EXECUTIVE- SEMENYIH, SELANGOR

Job Description :-

  • Perform general day to day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or storekeeping roles.
  • Prepare and process Quotation , purchase orders, basic bookkeeping, and office documents.
  • Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist on day to day operation and office administration tasks.

Requirement :-

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent in related field.
  • 2 years working experience in administration field
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good account & book keeping knowledge
  • Experience in Autocount / SQL.
  • PC literate – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, independent and self-motivated
