Admin Assistant / Executive – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR

As Admin Assistant / Executive, you play important role to support our sales fulfillment process.

In addition, you will be responsible to:

  • Handle the sales order processing, including issue invoice, delivery note and etc.
  • Maintain proper sales information filing system.
  • Prepare reports, such as sales/order report.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Possess minimum 1 year working experience in administrative role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to details, good time-management skills.
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
