As Admin Assistant / Executive, you play important role to support our sales fulfillment process.
In addition, you will be responsible to:
- Handle the sales order processing, including issue invoice, delivery note and etc.
- Maintain proper sales information filing system.
- Prepare reports, such as sales/order report.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Possess minimum 1 year working experience in administrative role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to details, good time-management skills.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
