Assistant Admin Manager – JOHOR

Responsibilities :

  • Full spectrum of human resource management and administration with emphasis on employee relations, payroll, training, staff benefits, performance and reward systems.
  • Manage and handle all business dealing with company secretary, government agencies, payments and claims.
  • Prepare monthly staff attendance (leave management & OT verification) & maintain employee’s records.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Oversea the daily upkeeping of office.
  • Any other ad-hoc prrojects and task pas per management requirement.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum with 2 years of relevant working experience at managerial level preferable in Construction, Trading, or its related industry.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Good writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome for assistant position(s)
