Account Admin Assistant – KUCHING, SARAWAK

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor communication.
  2. Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors statements
  3. Assist in preparing monthly reports and annual financial reports
  4. To perform general and administrative duties
  5. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management

Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Finance or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  3. Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
